WAYS YOU CAN HELP WITH HURRICANE HARVEY

Pray

Please pray for flooding relief on the coast, for the Lord to protect life and property, for Him to use this devastation to bring people into His grace, and for the local churches in the area as they seek to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of those affected.

Give

Donate money to our Hurricane Harvey benevolence fund by selecting "Special Offering." 100% of these gifts will go to relief ministries or G+P friends and family affected by Hurricane Harvey.

Receive

Sign up as a potential host family for evacuees from our PCA denomination's network. Additional details will be provided as evacuee needs arise in the coming days/weeks.

Gather

Gather and drop off supplies (updated list in link) at the Hope Family Thrift Store run by the Austin Disaster Relief Networks (ADRN). The City of Austin, Travis County, and Mayor's Office have all chosen ADRN as their designated distribution team.

Volunteer

Sign up to attend an orientation training and become an ADRN volunteer. You do not need to attend an Orientation Training to volunteer with Austin Disaster Relief Network. That orientation is really to learn more about additional volunteer trainings and further involvement with ADRN. You can check out their short-term volunteer opportunities here. If you only want to volunteer an hour or so of your time, sign up as a community volunteer or a warehouse/donations volunteer. If you only have a very specific window you want to serve (even the next day), just specify that in the comments section of the sign-up form.
